Job Overview
An established Irish construction contractor based in Swords, North Dublin, is seeking a skilled CAD Technician. The role involves contributing to a variety of projects including educational, residential, and commercial developments across Dublin and Leinster.

Primary Duties
- Create and revise technical and construction-related drawings
- Prepare detailed drawings for educational, residential, and commercial projects
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and on-site teams to ensure accuracy and coherence
- Review and validate drawings to maintain correctness and currency
- Support project documentation efforts including as-built drawings and revisions
- Maintain organized registers of drawings and project documentation
- Provide CAD support to the larger design and construction team
Candidate Requirements
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in a CAD Technician position or closely related role
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software
- Background working on civil, structural, or construction-based projects
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
