Compensation Specialist (UAE Talent Pool)

Role Overview

This permanent position, based in Dubai, reports directly to the Compensation and Benefits Lead, focusing on rewarding performance and managing compensation data effectively within the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Human Resources or relevant practical experience in the field.
• Hold advanced certification in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating expertise in handling complex spreadsheets and generating detailed reports using functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Bring over five years of experience in HR or specifically Compensation and Benefits roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing large data sets and relating analytical results to business objectives.
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally Oracle.
• Familiarity and practical experience with data analytics tools, with a preference for Tableau.
• Exhibit excellent numerical, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Maintain high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively, working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure confidentiality and protection of all sensitive HR data consistently.
• Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have UAE passport and Family Book documentation as eligibility criteria.
