Role Overview

The Companion Executive role, based in Kochi, involves full-time, on-site support for clients navigating their healthcare processes. Responsibilities include accompanying patients and seniors to medical facilities, helping them understand procedures, ensuring timely arrivals, managing transportation coordination, assisting with registrations and documentation, collecting medical reports, and providing family updates via Eloro's technology. The role demands monitoring schedules, adhering to safety guidelines, and keeping precise visit records to promote transparent communication, along with maintaining professionalism and empathy towards vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to assist patients, elderly, and families empathetically and clearly.
• Competence in scheduling, appointment coordination, managing documentation, and accurate collection of medical reports.
• Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools for tracking, live updates, and record maintenance.
• Ability to work on-site in diverse healthcare settings across Kochi, with punctuality and professional presentation.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and reasonable command of English or Hindi for effective communication with clients and healthcare staff.
• Prior experience in patient support, healthcare coordination, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, trustworthiness, and a focus on safety.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; additional qualifications in healthcare, social work, or allied fields are favorable.
