Position Overview
This full-time, on-location Communication Skills Trainer role is based in Vempalli, Cuddapah. Responsibilities include crafting, conducting, and assessing modules on communication, presentations, and soft skills across varied learner groups. Daily tasks involve delivering interactive classes, developing instructional resources, assessments, and exercises, as well as offering tailored feedback and coaching. Collaboration with colleagues ensures alignment of content with company objectives. Maintaining training documentation and updating curricula based on learner feedback and industry best practices is essential. The trainer must cultivate an inclusive and engaging educational setting and aid participants in applying their skills practically.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse learners.
- Proficiency in presentations inclusive of public speaking, facilitation, and use of teaching aids.
- Expertise in training and development, including curriculum creation, session planning, and evaluation.
- Capability in life skills coaching such as confidence enhancement, interpersonal relations, and professional etiquette.
- Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator, ideally within communication or soft skills domains.
- Fluent English language skills; local language proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational aptitude, patience, and adaptability to varied learning preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; certifications in training, education, or communications are beneficial.
