Core Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Provide support to all service operations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables promptly, and resetting them during service hours.
• Ensure bus stations are fully stocked and prepared for service times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and serve as a role model for new employees.
• Strive to create repeat guests by consistently delivering excellent service in line with the service cycle.
