Fundamental Hospitality, a UAE-born company leading lifestyle and hospitality concepts across the Middle East and beyond, is looking to add a Commis to the team at KIGO located in Four Seasons DIFC, Dubai. Founded in 2011, the group is known for creating unique culinary venues and continues to expand internationally with a diverse portfolio of acclaimed brands.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Candidates should have prior experience in comparable roles, with a strong preference for those who have worked within upscale Japanese dining environments.

Language and Location Requirements

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is necessary.
• The candidate must either currently reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate.
