Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance our work atmosphere and menu offerings.
• Maintain consistency in the preparation of all food items for both a la carte and buffet menus, adhering strictly to the property's recipes and standards.
• Communicate effectively within the kitchen team and actively seek guest feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen role within a 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with both a la carte and buffet culinary service.
• Possess a culinary educational background.
• An excellent team player capable of collaborating well with others.
