Position Overview

As a Commis II at Trader Vic's within Hilton, you play a vital role in creating delightful culinary experiences. This position involves preparing exquisite dishes, managing guest orders efficiently, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create menu items in line with established recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and positive handling of orders.
• Handle and execute complex recipes, monitor stations, oversee food quality control, and manage inventory checks.
• Conduct final inspections of prepared dishes to guarantee they meet presentation and taste standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of food preparation areas, following all food handling and storage regulations.
• Request supplies and food items as needed to maintain inventory.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards to safeguard guests and team members.
