Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving food items while ensuring mise en place is ready as per the outlets' requirements.
• Comply with Anantara's food preparation and presentation standards to deliver consistent high-quality culinary products, while identifying opportunities for improved presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in workstations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Uphold food safety and protection protocols, including correct food handling practices such as proper dating, storage, and rotation; adhere to fundamental food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Take accountability for the maintenance and care of all hotel property, kitchen equipment, and facilities.
• Engage actively in departmental training activities to enhance culinary skills and overall service excellence within the hotel.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Provide support during events, banquets, and other special functions as required.
• Adhere strictly to personal hygiene, grooming standards, fire safety, and health and safety regulations at all times.
