Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast menu items accurately following established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide efficient and courteous guest service during meal times to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle complex breakfast dishes, oversee cooking stations, ensure quality control, and manage inventory checks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all food preparations and presentations prior to service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of food preparation areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Prepare supply requisitions and manage inventory needs promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess full Australian work rights for at least six months (note: sponsorship is not provided).
- Reside within or be prepared to move to the Perth Metropolitan Area without relocation assistance.
- Available to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience cooking and presenting breakfast foods such as eggs, hot buffet selections, pastries, and continental items.
- Minimum one year of kitchen experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant environment.
- Ability to stay composed, adaptable, dependable, and perform well under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, follow kitchen processes, hygiene, and safety standards rigorously.
