Role Overview

The Commis 3 position involves assembling ingredients for meal preparation including chopping, portioning, and correctly storing foods. You will prepare cold and cooked dishes adhering to specified recipes, quality, and presentation norms while operating kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Responsibilities include food quality testing, workstation setup and cleanup, correct portioning and service, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Monitoring appliance and food temperatures is vital to ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Qualifications
