Role Overview

The position is full-time and based on-site in Warangal. The Commercial Property Advisor's responsibilities encompass assisting clients in locating, assessing, and choosing commercial properties such as office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial venues. Daily activities include client consultations to determine their needs, conducting property inspections, preparing detailed property proposals, and offering guidance on pricing, leasing conditions, and investment opportunities. The role demands liaising with property owners, verifying documents related to properties, maintaining comprehensive records of listings and transactions, responding to client questions, supporting negotiations, and coordinating internally to facilitate smooth advisory and deal closure processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
