Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop and improve forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses for commercial business areas.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive data to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as a business partner for marketing, pricing, sales, and operations teams.
• Create business cases and derive actionable recommendations for management.
• Perform monthly closing analyses including budget and forecast variance reviews.
• Advance reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Participate in the implementation of new analysis and planning tools.
• Identify revenue and profitability opportunities and develop concrete optimization measures.
• Present analysis results to management and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or controlling environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling complex data sets.
• Proven ability to collaborate across different departments.
• Advanced Excel skills with a good understanding of financial modeling.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong business partner mindset.
