Job description
Job Overview
This role involves the end-to-end development and governance of permission management at Hema, ensuring system controls and compliance mechanisms are effectively implemented. You will collaborate across various business units to establish management protocols, identify and retract high-risk functionalities, and develop monitoring and data security control frameworks.
Additionally, you will oversee resource management products for Hema’s stores, warehouses, and distribution centers, managing the full lifecycle of these fundamental assets. Building logistics network capabilities is also key, including warehouse networking, delivery range management, and store group resource services.
Another crucial area is responsible for organizational structure and multi-platform workbench products. Supporting integrations across multiple business units and ensuring smooth organizational transitions and workbench development is essential.
You will coordinate with business teams to advance core data governance and standardize processes, thereby capturing and solidifying shared product capabilities.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably with background in permission control, organizational structure, or resource management products.
- Prior experience with ERP systems across multiple domains is advantageous.
- Good understanding of retail or e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in store management, organizational collaboration, or account permission products.
- Strong ability to abstract complex business processes into clear product solutions, leading cross-team implementation.
- A strong sense of responsibility with respect for the stability and data accuracy of foundational products, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills to handle complex scenarios across concurrent business lines.
