Collection Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Collection Officer to join our team at Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers a monthly salary range of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000. Candidates with a 12th pass or any graduate qualification are welcome to apply. Experience ranging from freshers to those with 1-2 years in collection, recovery, telecalling, or field collection is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers to address pending payments and outstanding dues.
• Conduct follow-ups through phone calls and messages to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate daily records of collections and follow-ups.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with customers to facilitate payment collection.
• Keep payment status updated and manage detailed records.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to outstanding payments professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including accounts, to streamline the collection process.
• Strive to meet or exceed assigned collection and follow-up targets consistently.
• Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on collection activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient communication skills with an ability to handle customers tactfully.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and general computer operations is essential.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation capabilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Professional approach in customer interactions.
• Fundamental understanding of payment and collection processes.
