Collection Manager

Job Overview

Ashpa Global Services Private Limited seeks a Collection Manager at its Nashik location to lead debt recovery operations. This role involves managing a team of collection executives, developing strategies for timely payment recoveries, and expanding the company's portfolio through client acquisitions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and inspire collection executives to meet recovery targets.
• Devise and implement collection methodologies to ensure punctual recovery of dues.
• Track and evaluate team productivity, including collection performance and customer interaction quality.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, collection protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships, with a focus on portfolio growth.
• Scout for new market opportunities and strategize to onboard fresh collection portfolios.
• Assess manpower needs and collaborate with relevant departments for staffing adjustments.
• Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and encourage team certification in Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) standards.
• Ensure all team members possess and display appropriate ID credentials for portfolio assignments.
• Identify strengths and improvement areas among team members to provide targeted support.
• Manage escalated client concerns and expedite resolutions for collection issues.
• Provide routine reports on collection metrics and portfolio status to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in collections or recovery functions.
• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Certification as a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) is preferred.
• Open to male and female applicants.

Compensation

Offered salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month with additional incentives based on performance.
