About the Role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection and Delivery Driver based in Oxford (OX5 1HP). This permanent position involves working 38 hours weekly, typically Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:06, with opportunities for paid overtime during weekdays and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of £25,201 annually (£12.71 hourly)
• After 6 months, salary increases to £27,561 per year (£13.94 hourly)
• Potential to earn up to £30,000 annually based on standard hours plus overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently sorting parcels and planning delivery routes
• Conducting essential vehicle safety inspections
• Collecting and delivering parcels to residential and commercial addresses
• Providing friendly, reliable service to customers for various parcel types

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full manual UK driving license (Category B - vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes) registered to current address with no more than 6 penalty points
• Able to lift and handle parcels weighing up to 30kg
• Personable, dependable, and customer-oriented
• Comfortable working independently while being an effective team member
• Seeking a long-term, stable role in a growing organisation
