About the Role

Creative Activation is Australia's leading retail partner specializing in providing skilled Merchandisers, Sales Teams, Brand Ambassadors, Mystery Shoppers, and Auditors across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking dedicated retail merchandisers to join our team supporting Coles as part of the CRT team. This position offers an immediate start and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

As a merchandiser, you will execute various merchandising activities, including setting up planograms and relays, arranging point of sale displays, pricing products, and applying ticketing. Your role primarily focuses on ensuring that the store's presentation and product availability meet client standards.

Requirements

• Previous merchandise experience is advantageous but not mandatory—positive attitude is critical.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently while managing priorities and time efficiently.
• Strong communication and organization capabilities.
• Capability to lift weights up to 15 kilograms.
• Availability to work flexible hours during weekdays, including Fridays.
