Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Coach / Trainer to deliver expert guidance and mentoring on our products, services, systems, and business workflows. The ideal candidate will have a talent for breaking down complex information into straightforward, engaging, and actionable training sessions suitable for diverse learners.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate both online and in-person training programs.
- Provide instruction on company products, services, sales techniques, technology applications, or business operations.
- Develop comprehensive training content, including presentations and educational resources.
- Mentor trainees to enhance their capabilities and work effectiveness.
- Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and interactive doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor learner progress and gather feedback to refine training quality.
- Continuously update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a trainer, coach, mentor, or facilitator.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in simplifying complex subjects into easily understandable formats.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in relevant domains.
- Experience conducting online training sessions, webinars, or workshops is beneficial.
- A confident, encouraging, patient, and committed approach to education and learner development.
Additional Details
Compensation: Annual package of ₹1,500,000.
Vacancies: 10 positions available.
Employment Type: Part-time remote work.
