Role Overview

This full-time Co-Founder position based onsite in Al Khobar involves close collaboration with other leadership members to craft the company's vision, formulate investment theses, and pinpoint strategic market opportunities. Responsibilities encompass evaluating potential investments, performing financial and market analyses, engaging in negotiations, and steering the launch and development of portfolio companies. The role also includes cultivating partnerships with advisors and stakeholders, supporting operational decisions and governance within the holding structure, contributing capital, and actively engaging in strategic leadership to establish processes, metrics, and a culture conducive to sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investment, finance, or entrepreneurship, including evaluation of business models, financial health, and market opportunities.
• Proven track record in strategic planning such as developing portfolios, market entry strategies, and driving long-term expansion.
• Strong leadership qualities demonstrated by team building, mentoring executives or founders, and fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at managing complex and uncertain situations.
• Advanced skills in communication and negotiation, including stakeholder management and representing the company during high-level discussions.
• Willingness to invest personal capital, share business risks, and commit to the company's prolonged success.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; possession of an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Prior engagement with holding companies, private equity, venture capital, or startup founding is strongly advantageous.
• Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of Arabic and awareness of the regional business environment are beneficial.
