Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to serve as a Co-Founder and manage the operational growth and scalability of our franchise network. Unlike traditional entrepreneurial roles requiring capital investment, this opportunity rewards you through performance-based equity ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring uniformity across all outlets.
• Train, supervise, and audit operational teams to maintain quality and standards consistently across multiple locations.
• Establish and expand a robust manpower network encompassing recruiting, training, and retaining staff as the brand scales.
• Oversee franchise partner acquisition in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets and ensure their operational integration beyond merely handing over manuals.
• Manage unit economics including labor costs, waste management, capital expenditure efficiency, and profit margins.
• Build and lead a core operations team, scaling operations from the initial outlets to a 50-outlet network.

Candidate Profile

• An individual eager to transition from traditional employment to entrepreneurship, seeking to build a significant operational role without upfront capital investment.
• Experience running multi-location operations, preferably in Food & Beverage, Quick Service Restaurants, or retail sectors.
• Ability to think systematically with a strong focus on SOPs and operational discipline, rather than abstract ideas.
• Existing or potential capacity to develop a team including recruiters, trainers, and supervisors who drive operations.
• Understanding or strong motivation to learn the market dynamics, talent pool, and customer base in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian regions.
• Desire for equity ownership that rewards performance rather than fixed designations.
