Role Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder to join our team and collaborate in growing and scaling Adventure Diaries from its inception stage. This leadership role involves strategizing, operational management, and community development to push the brand forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive growth and marketing plans to expand the brand presence.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with hotels, travel companies, influencers, and content creators.
• Develop and manage the Adventure Diaries community by fostering engagement and connection.
• Conceptualize and introduce new travel trips and unique experiences.
• Take full responsibility for business development activities and daily operations.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to refine and execute overall business strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Passionate about travel and building communities.
• Adaptable to the dynamic nature of an early-stage startup environment.
• Willingness to undertake risks and develop the business from the ground up.
• Prior experience in startups, travel, marketing, sales, or community management is advantageous.
