Job Overview
The Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for recruiting candidates for the designated cluster branches and achieving a monthly gold loan disbursement target of 25 Lakhs. The role demands driving the sales team to generate authentic, high-quality leads that can be effectively converted into business.
Key Responsibilities
