Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud and Security Architect for a hybrid position based in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves delivering proactive services and conducting workshops within a specified framework focusing on Azure Infrastructure and Security Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and services related to Azure Virtual Machines and associated security features.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Windows Server security practices and implementations.
- Manage and implement security with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Endpoint solutions.
- Oversee identity management using Active Directory and Entra ID services.
- Be flexible to travel onsite when necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in Azure Virtual Machines.
- Strong experience with Windows Server security.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Endpoint.
- Hands-on experience with identity management services such as Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Willingness and ability to travel onsite as required.
