A managed service provider located in Melbourne's South-East is expanding and seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer for a permanent position available immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Lead projects related to infrastructure, cloud services, security, and modern workplace implementations.
• Configure and resolve issues with network and security infrastructure.
• Support cybersecurity efforts including vulnerability assessment and remediation, as well as enforcing security best practices.
• Serve as a tier 3 escalation resource supporting level 1 and level 2 engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience within a Managed Service Provider environment.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience using NinjaOne RMM and ConnectWise PSA is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology; certifications such as Azure, Microsoft, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware, and CompTIA Security+ considered beneficial.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
