Cloud Architect - AI

Job Overview

Red Hat Consulting invites applications for a Cloud Architect specializing in AI to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role requires expertise in Red Hat's cloud and infrastructure technologies, with a strong concentration on AI and MLOps to guide technical implementations. You will act as a trusted adviser delivering best practices for automation, scalability, high availability, and maintainability, leading onsite technology deployments to enhance performance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate and design customer-focused solutions ensuring innovative and dependable implementations.
• Conduct discovery, analysis, and design workshops for technical and non-technical teams to tailor architectures around customer requirements.
• Define project scopes, assist clients through pilot phases, and oversee deployments from start to production.
• Produce educational content to empower Red Hat’s global teams in selling and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and refine scalable methodologies and tools to increase service effectiveness and reduce risks.
• Lead and contribute to deployment of Red Hat solutions leveraging their array of technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven consulting experience with ability to handle individual client assignments.
• Strong customer engagement skills with proficiency in leading interactive discussions and presentations.
• In-depth delivery experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Expertise in deploying container solutions at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with Red Hat infrastructure platforms such as OpenShift Container Platform and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Understanding of open source ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both orally and in writing.

Preferred Extras

• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and Red Hat OpenShift AI platform.
• Background onboarding applications and teams to cloud/container platforms with DevOps, continuous delivery, lifecycle management, and GitOps practices.
• Hold Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) credentials.
