Clinical Training Manager, Vascular - Aortic Intervention

Role Overview

The Clinical Training Manager for Vascular - Aortic Intervention is tasked with creating, delivering, and reinforcing clinical training programs tailored to employees, distributors, and customers. This role ensures alignment with the strategic training objectives of the specialty and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Training for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with divisional leaders, company functions and operational units to maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical training content, priorities, and processes.
• Support and structure training programs to align globally across specialties while adapting to local and regional regulatory requirements.
• Work with regional training teams to set, track, and achieve training and development goals; assist with necessary documentation which may include meetings beyond typical hours.
• Monitor feedback and training metrics continually to enhance regional clinical training strategies, promptly addressing any gaps or issues.
• Deliver training sessions in the field, classrooms, and virtual environments covering product knowledge, clinical, business, and sales skills as assigned.
• Support teams and leadership in the field during clinical training events and reinforce sales and business development coaching.
• Provide clinical case support within assigned accounts when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with training documentation and processes in the Cook Learn system.
• Assist in projecting annual activities and budgets and help manage a calendar of educational events aligned with divisional goals as assigned.
• Help develop and maintain training-related policies, procedures, qualification criteria, and program standards.
• Manage administrative duties including expense reporting, training documentation, and policy adherence promptly.
• Uphold company integrity, compliance with standards, and quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements within assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience encompassing sales, clinical roles, or training.
• In-depth knowledge of specialty aortic products, including standard and custom-made devices, and their clinical uses.
• Proven capability in education and training within clinical, sales, or training settings, effective with both large groups and individual interactions in person and virtually.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience driving organizational change.
• Familiarity with training documentation systems and adult learning theories, including competency-based assessments.
• Exemplify company standards and foster teamwork and market objective achievement with positive, constructive behavior.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in personal computing, Microsoft Office or Mac OS, and other business-related software tools.
• Fluency in Artificial Intelligence and data concepts consistent with organizational guidance on responsible and effective application.
• Willingness to travel domestically, internationally, and occasionally on weekends, up to 50% of the time.
• Capability to work in general office and clinical/hospital environments.
