We are offering a full-time, permanent position for a Clinical Research Associate to work in Sydney or Brisbane. Responsibilities

• Independently conduct and manage site monitoring activities, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor study progress to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior Clinical Research Associates when necessary.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
• Have at least two years of experience in a CRO environment performing independent site monitoring duties.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience within the Australian clinical research sector.
• Possess full legal work rights in Australia; international applicants will not be considered.
