Role Overview

The Clinical Psychologist will be instrumental in creating, implementing, and assessing mental health services embedded within Haraakah's corporate wellness and sports programming. This full-time, on-premise role located in Al Khobar entails administering psychological assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling, and designing evidence-backed interventions that complement the company's emphasis on physical activity and psychological wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and deliver individual and group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with wellness and event teams to develop content informed by psychological principles.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to internal personnel as required.
• Maintain detailed clinical records adhering to ethical and regulatory norms.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of workshops, psychoeducational initiatives, and mental health awareness programs for corporate clients.
• Monitor intervention outcomes and propose program enhancements to encourage enduring behavioral improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid expertise in psychology and mental health, particularly integrating clinical insights into corporate wellness and sports-related interventions.
• Proficient in psychological testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments suitable for workplace and performance settings.
• Experienced in counseling psychology, capable of providing individual and group therapeutic services and leading psychoeducational programs for diverse adult groups.
• Skilled in clinical supervision to guide multidimensional teams on best mental health practices and ethical standards.
• Holds an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possesses or is eligible for professional licensure or registration in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Prior experience in occupational, sports, or health psychology is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and corporate clients.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Al Khobar, juggling multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a favorable addition.
