About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with solid clinical experience eager to transition into a coordination role. The role is based in Palmerston North or Whanganui and entails Monday to Friday, business hours. This is a permanent position offering full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of clinical products to ensure efficient operations and optimal delivery of services.
• Offer clinical advice and guidance to customers about the selection, usage, and management of clinical products, assisting clinical teams to make informed decisions to enhance patient care.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve revenue and achieve cost savings through effective management of clinical products and services.
• Supervise the processes related to clinical product updates, ensuring all documentation is current and complies with required standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated clinical experience in healthcare settings such as nursing, clinical laboratories, or other technical healthcare roles; familiarity with hospital environments is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong data management and analytical capabilities.
