About the Role
SmileVerse, a technologically advanced digital dental clinic located at Aldar HQ in Abu Dhabi and operated by Tajmeel Clinic under Burjeel Holdings, is hiring a full-time Clinic Coordinator. This role demands managing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth clinical workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate patient appointments, manage the flow of patients, and align doctors' schedules efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication among dentists, dental assistants, receptionists, laboratory personnel, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee tracking of patient treatments, schedule necessary follow-ups, and monitor laboratory cases.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient health records and clinical documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and guarantee treatment rooms are properly stocked and prepared.
- Support administrative tasks including preparing operational reports and assisting in clinic performance evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, infection control procedures, and Department of Health (DOH) standards.
- Uphold SmileVerse’s standards of professionalism and premium patient service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities paired with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
- Comfortable using clinic management software and adept with Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-focused, proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Applicants should currently reside in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
