Job description
Role Overview
The Mobility and Rehabilitation Services (MARS) based at Woodend Hospital seek a Clinic Coordinator to efficiently manage the administrative functions of Prosthetics, Orthotics (P&O), and Wheelchair outpatient clinics. This position involves coordinating appointment scheduling, handling referrals, and providing essential support to daily clinic operations. Acting as the primary liaison among patients, clinical personnel, and administrative teams, the coordinator ensures smooth clinic workflows and timely patient services within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate appointment bookings for outpatient services.
- Manage referrals to the Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Wheelchair clinics.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations ensuring effective service delivery.
- Serve as a key communication link between patients, clinical staff, and colleagues.
- Assist administrative colleagues to maintain smooth clinic procedures.
