Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of a digital-first mindset by finding smarter ways to enhance the customer journey digitally.
- Support and promote the use of new digital platforms across teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance throughout all processes.
- Deliver weekly reports on team activities and performance metrics.
- Manage team personnel and workload allocation efficiently.
- Promote strong team morale and a positive collaborative ethic.
- Identify individual training needs and facilitate professional development.
- Maintain accurate data in people management systems.
- Encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
- Complete operational reporting promptly and provide timely updates to division management.
- Adhere to management audit requirements and maintain team compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams effectively.
- Strong technical expertise and product knowledge related to the field.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude ready to embrace change.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Effective prioritization skills to manage workloads and respond to unexpected challenges.
- Highly organized with an emphasis on time and resource management.
- Dedication to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Compliance with Central Bank's Minimum Competency Requirements.
