Job description
Role Overview
This position calls for a skilled Account Executive to contribute within a vibrant team focused on Personal Lines accounts for clients. The role is based in Waterford and encompasses managing various aspects of personal insurance lines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate adaptability by engaging with all Personal Lines departments to secure renewals, process amendments, and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product offerings.
- Apply strong negotiation and sales capabilities to meet client and business needs.
- Oversee renewals and client retention strategies aligning with targets and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of mid-term alterations, renewals, account entries, claims communication, and correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date files within the Relay system.
- Manage customer relationships effectively by addressing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and queries concerning Personal Lines products.
- Take accountability for delivering work with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to internal and external requests.
- Foster strong cross-team collaboration within Arachas to meet collective targets and objectives.
- Adhere strictly to compliance requirements across all processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Accreditation as an APA (Accountancy Professional Associate) is mandatory.
- Possession of CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) certification is favorable.
- Experience in a fast-paced professional setting is essential.
- Familiarity with Relay software is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to prioritize and handle multiple daily tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Comfort and effectiveness working within dynamic team environments.
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to a rapid work pace.
- Capable of undertaking ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
