This position entails utilizing company databases to assess past property valuations and identify prospective clients, aiming to secure high-quality valuation appointments for several branch offices across London.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine historical valuation records and withdrawn property listings.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange valuation meetings.
• Maintain detailed activity records using database software.
• Provide exemplary customer service standards.
• Establish contact with previous buyers and follow through with prior commitments.

• Proven success in telephone sales within estate agency or a related sector.
