Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager located in Delhi-NCR to manage client interactions, maintain positive client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction after orders are placed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client leads are followed up after order placement.
- Provide prompt after-sales service to existing clients to maintain their satisfaction.
- Regularly obtain genuine client feedback.
- Maintain communication and service support from order receipt until payment collection.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Support clients and participants as needed to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Understand and resolve client questions through appropriate methods.
