Client Relationship Executive

Overview

The Client Relationship Executive role involves managing both outgoing and incoming calls to support sales initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities encompass generating new leads, resolving customer queries efficiently, promoting products, and keeping CRM data current while striving to meet sales objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce services and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and nurturing long-term relationships to increase client retention.
• Providing clear and accurate information about products, pricing, and company policies.
• Updating and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Achieving assigned sales and service targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively persuade and influence potential customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for quickly establishing rapport and managing objections smoothly.
• Basic familiarity with computer systems and CRM software applications.
• Typically requires completion of high school or equivalent education; prior experience in telesales or customer support is advantageous.

Work Environment

This position is prevalent across sectors such as insurance, banking, real estate, and business process outsourcing (BPO). It includes working under pressure to meet targets and interacting with customers of diverse temperaments.

Additional Details

• Working Hours: Full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 19,500 per month
