About the Role

Leo Tax Filing is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join as Client Relationship Executives. This position involves managing communication with international clients by phone and WhatsApp to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound international calls with clients.
• Engage with clients via telephone and WhatsApp messages.
• Comprehend client needs thoroughly and provide prompt updates.
• Request and follow up on necessary documentation from clients.
• Liaise with the tax filing team to facilitate completion of client-related tasks.
• Address client inquiries effectively and uphold strong client relationships.
• Conduct follow-ups regarding outstanding client information and payment processing.

• Strong command of English communication skills.
