About the Role
Leo Tax Filing is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Executive to manage client communications and ensure a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound international client calls effectively.
- Engage with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.
- Accurately understand and record client requirements while providing timely updates.
- Collect necessary documents and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the tax filing team to complete client-related tasks.
- Address and resolve client queries to foster strong relationships.
- Consistently follow up with clients regarding pending information and payments.
Requirements
- Strong English communication abilities.
- Comfort with managing international inbound and outbound calls.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A positive mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
