Role Overview

The Client Partner, known internally as an Account Director, is a pivotal role within our Direct Sales Team. This position demands excellence in media sales, fostering authentic business connections with direct advertisers to maximize revenue streams and market share through strategic use of the ARN Audiosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent ARN to direct advertisers primarily in Sydney.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.
  • Sell advertising products to assigned or self-generated clients to expand relationships and grow revenue.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the media industry, focusing on ARN's brand, products, and the ARN Audiosphere platform.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver strategic advertising solutions aimed at relationship and revenue growth.
  • Manage assigned sales budgets with accurate forecasting and employ innovative tactics to meet quarterly targets.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations showcasing ARN’s brands to attract new business.
  • Exhibit exemplary client management skills, including delivering impactful presentations and maintaining meticulous client and agency interaction records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate with ARN’s Revenue & Yield Management to offer clients competitive trading positions.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and corporate events as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • At least two years of direct sales experience in the media and advertising industry, consistently achieving client satisfaction and sales targets.
  • A confident networker and relationship builder with strong presentation skills, comfortable engaging key decision-makers face to face.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
  • A dependable team player who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines while juggling various internal and external demands.
  • A passionate ambassador for ARN, positive, energetic, and proud to represent the ARN Audiosphere, thriving both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and preferably experience working with Salesforce.
