About the Role
DDN is seeking a Client Director for Strategic AI Infrastructure to lead revenue development throughout the Middle East for their AI business division. This quota-carrying position is responsible for cultivating major enterprise opportunities and enhancing DDN's footprint among organizations engaged in large-scale AI and HPC environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the Strategic AI Client Director for the Middle East, promoting adoption of DDN's AI infrastructure solutions in enterprises and research entities.
- Drive and exceed sales quotas across the region.
- Create and implement account and territory strategies targeting clients deploying extensive AI and HPC systems.
- Discover and assess potential business opportunities across sectors like finance, healthcare, telecom, technology, and research institutions.
- Build strong relationships with senior technical leaders, AI infrastructure teams, and executive decision-makers in key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with solutions architects and engineering teams to develop and showcase AI infrastructure and high-performance storage solutions.
- Conduct impactful presentations, product demos, and proposals highlighting the advantages of DDN's AI-specialized storage platforms.
- Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle including pipeline management, forecasting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Forge robust partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, OEMs, and distributors to broaden market penetration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on AI infrastructure market trends, including GPU computing, large-scale AI trainings, and high-performance data environments.
- Represent DDN at relevant industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance market visibility.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, particularly in storage, compute, networking, or infrastructure fields.
- Proven success in selling AI infrastructure, HPC solutions, cloud technologies, or enterprise data center products.
- Experience handling complex sales involving technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU cluster sales, or HPC platforms.
- Knowledge of AI ecosystem technologies from vendors like NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, Cerebras, Graphcore, or Google TPU.
- Understanding of enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, object storage, and parallel file systems.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, and distributors.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and large-scale AI data center setups.
