About the Role
We are seeking a commercially and technically adept adviser to join our expanding team in Dubai. This position involves working directly with sophisticated international clients, providing expert guidance on structuring, expansion, governance, and wealth planning within the UAE and the broader region.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates come from backgrounds such as trust and fiduciary services, corporate services, private wealth and wealth management, family office services, international structuring, accounting and tax advisory, private banking, or professional services. Prior experience in navigating complex commercial challenges and building lasting client relationships is essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on corporate structuring, special purpose vehicles, trusts, foundations, governance frameworks, and strategies for international expansion.
- Lead client meetings to develop compliant, commercially effective ownership, wealth, and business structures.
- Facilitate market entry into the UAE and Saudi Arabia, support regional growth, and manage cross-border operational needs.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients aimed at revenue growth and sustaining long-term client loyalty.
- Develop strong connections with intermediaries, referral partners, family offices, and professional advisers.
- Collaborate with tax, compliance, and corporate services teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and recognize expansion opportunities.
