Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Client Coordinator for our Cork office located near Fota in Cork City. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate client care activities by managing schedules, facilitating communication among clients, care staff, and health professionals, and maintaining thorough records and documentation to uphold our high care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client care schedules ensuring proper staff coverage and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Act as a primary contact point liaising between clients, their families, caregivers, and medical personnel.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests by providing supportive guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and care plans.
- Monitor the quality of care delivered to guarantee consistent excellence.
- Support office operations including data handling, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for varied audiences.
- Strong organizational capabilities to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain detailed records.
- Problem-solving aptitude to assess situations and implement workable solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software applications.
- Previous experience in healthcare settings or in roles supporting individuals requiring care is advantageous.
- Experience with One Touch software is beneficial.
- Willingness to participate in occasional weekend shifts as part of the team rota.
