Client Coordinator

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Mackay, Queensland. You will join Mylestones, an organisation with over 40 years of experience empowering individuals with disabilities by connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities. Your efforts will directly influence the lives of participants by helping them gain confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employment services staff to ensure positive outcomes for clients engaged in Open Employment.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to design, document, and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Support and organize job placement initiatives for participants alongside the Marketing Officer.
• Work alongside employment service staff, employers, and participants to facilitate integration, skill development, and achievement of job plan goals.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Excellent listening and communication skills that foster respect.
• Possession of a valid C class driver’s license.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check required (assistance available for obtaining these).
