Job Overview
Policybazaar Insurance Brokers is seeking Customer Service Executives at their Bangalore office. The position centers on addressing customer inquiries, delivering accurate insurance product details, and ensuring excellent service quality.
Primary Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls effectively
- Resolve questions related to insurance products and offered services
- Provide customers with precise information and support
- Uphold quality benchmarks and strive for high customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records appropriately
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kannada is essential
- Strong communication abilities in either English or Hindi
- Minimum education: Intermediate level
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in customer service is favorable though freshers are welcome
Compensation and Benefits
