Associate Sales Consultant - Marathi Speaking

About the Role

Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited is recruiting Associate Sales Consultants fluent in Marathi for their Malad West office in Mumbai. This role involves handling warm leads provided by the company and assisting customers in selecting appropriate insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with interested prospects given by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
• Understand customer insurance requirements through calls and recommend suitable products.
• Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and pricing details.
• Follow up diligently with customers to ensure successful completion of sales processes.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Deliver excellent customer service during and post-sale to enhance experience.
• Regularly maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
• Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory.
• Possess good communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 80,000.
