Client Advisor - Sloane Street

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Client Advisor to join our boutique located on Sloane Street, London. In this position, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer visiting the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize the client experience to enhance the brand's impression and customer satisfaction.
• Assist and mentor sales staff to improve their performance and ensure smooth store operations.
• Identify the needs of international customers to effectively promote and sell products.
• Provide superior customer service while fostering long-term relationships with clientele.
• Maintain store standards consistently in alignment with company guidelines.
• Express strong passion for the brand by demonstrating detailed product knowledge.
• Develop enduring connections with clients through clienteling tools such as Client Book, client ceremony instructions, and CRM systems.
• Keep track of stock levels and support sales staff activities.
• Assist with basic cash handling tasks when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within luxury retail environments.
• Proficient in conducting client ceremonies and applying effective sales techniques.
• Understanding and meeting store KPIs.
• Self-driven with a positive mindset and polished selling skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving as a collaborative team member.
