Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Client Advisors to become integral members of our high-performing team based in Broome.

Key Responsibilities

• Create warm, composed, and personalized experiences for clients that feel thoughtful and genuine.
• Communicate the artistry and story behind each jewellery piece with sincerity and elegance.
• Conduct well-organized client appointments, ensuring a smooth experience from greeting to farewell.
• Develop enduring client relationships through considerate outreach and prompt follow-up communications.
• Maintain boutique readiness with accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries, well-prepared appointments, and impeccable presentation.
• Support meticulous product handling alongside refined client presentations during discovery sessions.
• Coordinate straightforward service requests, including orders, repairs, and collections, while providing clear and proactive updates to clients.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or other high-touch client service environments.
• Maintain a composed demeanor, excellent personal presentation, and natural communication skills.
• Display curiosity about craftsmanship and possess a genuine passion for fine jewellery.
• Exhibit reliability and adaptability regarding boutique operating hours.
