Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated full-time Client Advisors for our Sydney location, marking our first presence in Australia. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor plays an essential role in driving sales growth, engaging clientele, fostering brand loyalty by embodying Loro Piana’s values, and delivering customer service aligned with our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives by utilizing effective selling methods, thorough product knowledge, and personalized client engagement while upholding exemplary customer satisfaction levels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships.
• Actively identify and recruit new customers, as well as maintain and enhance existing client bases through strategic clienteling and attentive service.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring optimal management of inventory and back-of-house activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in luxury fashion or the luxury industry, or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated expertise in clienteling within a luxury retail context is essential.
• Positive, self-driven individual with excellent teamwork skills and a proactive “can do” approach.
• Capable of excelling in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
