Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-location opportunity in Dubai for roles including Cleaner, Security Guard, and Lifeguard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaners are tasked with maintaining hygiene across specific areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, disposing of waste, and ensuring restrooms and shared spaces meet cleanliness criteria.
• Security Guards oversee facility security by monitoring premises, managing access control, performing patrols, documenting incidents, and supporting emergency processes to safeguard individuals and property.
• Lifeguards supervise swimming zones, ensuring swimmer safety, enforcing pool regulations, responding to urgent situations, and administering basic first aid when necessary.
• All staff must comply with company policies, follow safety and security measures, and provide courteous, customer-oriented service to residents, visitors, and clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor when engaging with clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Knowledge of security practices such as surveillance and incident documentation for Security Guard positions.
• Awareness of private security principles emphasizing confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to local regulations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to safely handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and maintain hygiene standards for Cleaners.
• Lifeguards should have certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid (or readiness to obtain them), strong swimming ability, and quick emergency response capabilities.
• Physical fitness adequate for prolonged standing, walking, lifting, or completing job-related tasks.
• Basic reading and math skills; previous experience in cleaning, security, or lifeguard roles is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and public holidays while adhering to all workplace health, safety, and security protocols.
